Oyo cancels third term, announces school resumption date



...Releases 2020/2021 academic calendar

Oyo State Government has cancelled the third term for the 2019/2020 academic session for primary and secondary schools.

With the development, pupils are to be promoted based on their academic performance in first and second terms of the suspended session.

BREAKING: Gov. Fayemi tests positive for coronavirus

Ekiti state governor, Dr. Kayode Fayemi,  said he had tested positive for Coronavirus.

According to him,"I took my third Covid-19 test yesterday and it came back positive. 
I'm generally ok and I'm already self isolating at home and receiving the best of care from my medical team. I'm delegating critical tasks to my Deputy but will continue routine duty from home.
