Nigeria records highest daily toll as NCDC confirms 663 new coronavirus cases

Nigeria has recorded the highest ever daily figure of 663 new cases of the novel COVID-19 which took the total infection case to 13464, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said on Tuesday.

According to the health agency, Lagos state recorded the highest number with 170 followed by Ogun with 108 and Bauchi with 69.

Other states with new cases of coronavirus include; Ebonyi, Edo, Rivers, FCT, Jigawa, Delta, Anambra, Gombe, Kano, Imo, Abia, Borno, Oyo, Plateau, Kebbi, Kaduna, Ondo, Niger, Katsina, Osun, Ekiti, Kwara, Nasarawa.
