Peace And Reconciliation Committee Constituted



A World Peace Ambassador and Member of the United Nations Peacekeepers, Dr Olumuyiwa Babalola has constituted Voluntary Peace and Reconciliation Committee Members in Nigeria.

The Committee members with intimidating academic credentials and wealth of experience were drawn from the six (6) geo political zones of the country.

Dr Olumuyiwa Babalola, who is an Honorary Professor of Peace Education and Humanities gave reasons for the Voluntary Peacekeeping services to humanity in Abuja yesterday while addressing press men.

He said "political crisis is becoming alarming and rampant in Nigeria societies, people usually kill themselves purposely because of chieftaincy titles, kingship ranks and community boundaries among others.

He said "The spirit of peace within which include forgiveness, love and discipline are needed from everyone to achieve the goal".

He stated further that the committee members have come to stay with their ideology, brilliant approaches and policies to reconciliation in all ramifications.

Dr Olumuyiwa said.
