In a tweet, Nigeria Center for Disease Control, (NCDC) confirmed the new reported cases and five new deaths as a result of the virus.
As it stands, 44,430 patients have been discharged, and 1088 patients have died.
Lagos State had the highest number of recorded cases on Tuesday with 33, Plateau State followed with 27 cases and Kaduna State came next with 17 cases.
