The term ' leadership' is a good statement only when the leader projected to be a good instructor to others.
Leadership by example is when a leader leads and want the followers to emulate what he or she is doing.
In terms of good leadership, one can assess good leader by his/her doings, either by giving back to the people, inspiring followers and taking the consciousness of the society.
Leadership is not about age or status, Leadership is the ability of an individual or a group of individuals to influence and guide followers or other members of an organization, with this, Engr. Akomolafe HENRICH has what it takes to be referred to as a good leader. The society needs a leader that is inclined, prosperous in nature and that can guarantee better future for the younger generation.
On this note, I want to use this momentum to preach, and advice the good people of Ekiti South Federal CONSTITUENCY1 to rally round the young Man for proper representation.
